AFRICAN DIASPORA WOMEN SUMMIT 2026

The 3rd African Diaspora Women’s Summit will take place from 17th–19th November 2026 in Melbourne, Australia.

Hosted by the Australian African Institute, this international gathering brings together leading women from across the African diaspora and beyond. The summit serves as a dynamic global platform for dialogue, collaboration, and collective action.

Under the theme:
“Reclaiming the Narrative: Legacy, Leadership & Global Sisterhood in a Polarised World – Our Connections.”

The summit will explore how African women across continents are shaping leadership, strengthening communities, advancing economic empowerment, and influencing global conversations in politics, business, academia, STEMM, culture, and social impact.

This gathering celebrates the power of connection — across Africa, the Caribbean, Europe, the Americas, Australia, and beyond — highlighting the strength of shared heritage and collective progress.

Delegates will engage in keynote sessions, panel discussions, networking forums, and cultural showcases designed to amplify African women’s voices and foster meaningful partnerships.
